• First, rinse bottles and teats with cold water. Clean bottles with detergents and teats with salt. Rinse again with cold water. 
• Preparation of solution for all uses:
• Make a fresh solution every day. Use 50ml (approx. 2 capfuls) for every 4 pints (2.3L) of cold water. Mix in a clean plastic or glass container.
• Ensure no air bubbles are trapped inside and all utensils are completely covered.
• Thoroughly cleaned articles may be used after 30 minutes, but if possible, leave them submerged until the next feed. Wash hands thoroughly, remove items from the solution, drain bottles and teats, and rinse with warm, recently boiled water.
